Blackstone is seeking a motivated marketing professional to support product marketing efforts in Japan for Blackstone’s PWS business. This role is part of the global PWS Product Marketing team as well as the regional PWS APAC Marketing team. This role represents an opportunity for a talented, ambitious individual to help drive PWS’ mission of delivering innovative private market solutions, with exceptional service, to wealth managers and their clients.
This role is focused on the creation and delivery of best-in-class product marketing materials to support our clients’ efforts to raise awareness and promote Blackstone’s private market offerings in Japan. The individual will partner with other product marketers, PWS Japan Sales and Blackstone’s Real Estate, Private Credit and Private Equity stakeholder relation teams to develop and update product marketing materials with strict adherence to deadlines and quality.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Partner with multiple partners including the global product marketing, channel marketing and sales teams on all aspects of fund marketing strategy
Develop marketing collateral ideas, and guide creation and updates through the approval process
Coordinate multiple regular and ad-hoc deliverables across our product range with Legal & Compliance and Product specialists team
Understand and manage data sets that support product marketing deliverables
Review and translate, where required, marketing materials and macro content for clients ensuring accuracy, timeliness and quality
Partner with PWS Japan sales teams to collect feedback and refine marketing deliverables

Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
3+ or more years of marketing experience in financial service marketing, experience in alternative investments preferred
The candidate must have the ability to develop and support high-impact content that resonates with the advisor and end investor audience
The candidate must have exceptional written and communication skills in Japanese and fluency in English
Diligence in managing projects, highly organized and a very strong attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with business units across Blackstone.
