Responsibilities
Responsible for middle office functions supporting Structured Finance business lines with a focus on energy, real estate, shipping, aircraft and export financing.
Perform agency and credit administration functions and effectively manage ongoing lifecycle events of structured finance transactions.
Handle tasks such as waivers, amendments, defaults etc. in the capacity of a Facility Agent with the syndicated lenders/investors.
Support the operational aspects of loan activities such as deal set-up, closing, drawdown, amendments, payments, pre-payments and sell-downs together with our back office team in Bangalore.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (such as front office, risk and compliance, back office and finance) to ensure transactions are smooth during the lifecycle of the loan.
Work closely with our stakeholders to ensure a strong operational control framework.
Contribute towards various portfolio management reporting tasks (ad hoc client requests, specific request for internal partners, scarce resource management, local reporting).

Profile Requirements:
Bachelor degree, preferably with a financial background
At least 3-5 years with an investment bank, or similar financial institution role with Structured Finance experience.
At least 2 years' experience in Loan Agency, preferably in Structured Finance
Native Japanese
Fluent English preferable
Familiarity with loan and project documentation drafting and transaction documentation process
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal and external parties for all topics and at all levels
