Japan Private REIT Investor Relations
The team manages a private real-estate fund that invests into various hard asset opportunities focused around Japan.
The Investor Relations roles will serve as a key relationship manager to our institutional investors focused on fund raising, marketing, providing regular performance reports, responding client inquiries, creating due diligence questionnaires. He or she will also work closely with internal teams (investing team, asset management team, other sales team) and external parties such as placement agents.
You will be expected to have strong analytical capabilities and presentation skills. The candidate should be up to date with macroeconomic conditions, as well as key drivers and fundamentals in major real estate asset classes
Seeking ambitious team players with strong communication skills and work ethic, with the ability to generate and develop relationships internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive investor relations, fund raising, client service, redemption protection for our investors
Communication and coordination with investment teams to ensure solid knowledge of Japan private REIT product
Preparation of internal / external presentation materials
Project management and team co-ordination
Interface with external parties, including coordination of 3rd party advisors, financiers and operating partners, as necessary
Supporting senior members of the team in structuring investments and making investment and asset management decisions
応募資格(必須経験など)
Basic Qualifications
5-10 years relevant experience in real estate investment management, preferably in J-REITs or Private REITS
Experience in investor relations, fund sales, or client service for institutional clients
Strong attention to detail and superior communication skills in Japanese language (native level). English language skills would be a plus
Project management and presentation skills
Creative thinkers with strong problem solving skills, and flexibility to adapt to different situations, market conditions and evolving strategies
