Job Description:
Analysts play an integral role in developing tools to assist the BAAM fundraising team with on-boarding, branding, message control and efficiency. Responsibilities include:
Maintaining standard marketing materials
Managing the request for proposal process
Overseeing and completing reporting for BAAM’s product lines and custom client and consultant deliverables
Resolving ad hoc requests from internal and external parties
Providing dynamic support to the IRBD team when necessary
Support of external HedgeHog (proprietary investment system) and advisory capabilities
Supporting fundraising efforts and prospective client due diligence processes
Analysts may also assist in subscription and redemption processing and distribution of key client reporting.

The successful candidate must have:
Undergraduate degree
Superior technical (Excel) skills
Strong communication skills
A demonstrated ability to write effectively
A desire to work in a team environment, often under pressure
Fluency in English and Japanese
