RESPONSIBILITIES
Major Accountabilities/Principal Responsibilities:
Duties
Commercial and Sales Activities:
Make sure Societe Generale is in a strong position in the derivatives market in Japan
Maintain high level of relationship with distributors
Try to fill in gaps within product vs. client matrix to utilize the most of Societe Generale expertise and maximize the revenue.
Sales activities for not only the structured notes but also the PO funds (especially regional securities).
Market Intelligence:
Monitor the competitors’ activities through both available data and informal hearing from the streets and clients.
Make necessary internal-push on new product developments as a team leader in which Societe Generale is behind any competitor to maximize the revenue.

PROFILE REQUIRED
Key Skill Areas & knowledge Required:
Knowledge on structured product distributed to a variety of investors in Japan through securities houses.
Skill and experience of the various asset classes (equity, rates, FX etc).
Sales skill to build relationship with distributors of our financial products as well as communication skill to the team members/internal stakeholders.
Languages:
English: Business level
Japanese level: Native level
French: Not required.
