Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)
The communication planner is responsible for global marketing communications strategy development and creative executions to enhance brand equity and drive business results.
- Develop seasonal marketing communication strategy based on brand business/product strategy, customer insights and business needs across regions.
- Work cross-functionally to define customer journey and develop integrated communication and assets plans.
- Develop creative brief and collaborate with in-house creative team for assets creation.
- Measure the effectiveness of communication assets for the key product launch.
- Build a consensus with regions by ensuring communication development processes and regional business needs.
応募資格(必須経験など)
Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)
- 5+ years experience in a marketing/advertising agency or in-house marketing communications division, luxury beauty experience preferred
- Strong planning skills and experience in developing communication assets
- Strong understanding of digital and social media
- Team-oriented. Collaborative with cross functional teams in CPB Units/organizations (RHQs, external agencies across markets)
- Previous experience in working with overseas stakeholders
- Full proficiency in English in verbal and written communications/ Japanese native
- Detail oriented and organized
- Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
