Requirements
- More than 12 years of SAP experience in design, development and management of HR solution (SFSF, BI Analytics, MDG, Workflow, ServiceNow)
- Experience in leading the Technical team and management of SI development team
- Cross functional/Application and Integration experience.
- English (Business Level)
- Has strong motivation for innovation / change
- Has a global mindset
- Experienced project and change management practitioner.
- Project Management and Coordination skills usable for virtual, cross-cultural teams
- Able to solve complex, inter-related problems at a strategic level.
- Ability to build successful working relationships with global and regional management stakeholders

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the Business solution function in HR / BI Analytics
- Responsible in design, plan and management of Global solution
- Responsible for design review and approval of FSD
- Responsible to lead and address the Integration topics – SFSF, BI, S4, BPC
- Responsible for Integration Testing and Quality review of the solution
- Responsible for the TCO, Go-Live preparation, Transition and cutover activities
- Responsible for Post Go-Live & Hypercare Support
- Responsible to work closely with partners on the planned and technical solution delivery
- Responsible and Manage the change requests for global core functionalities and local requirements together with the GBPL
- Responsible to support and approve solution change requests, enhancements, functional design specifications and technical design specifications. This also includes supporting and follow-up actions from Solution workshop
- Support the AMS team to resolve any major high priority/ critical incident.
- Implement the global solution by adopting the standard, best practice of business processes and data standardization.
- Manage the requirements for business processes and data from system point of view in alignment with FOCUS, legal & compliance requirements from all regions
- Be the guardian of the FOCUS global solution for the standardization of HR / BI Analytics
- Communicate and regularly support the Global Business Process Lead, global business process experts across regions and with senior leadership
in making operational decisions (including the associated business benefits).
- Oversee FOCUS planning, execution, reporting and related escalation management. This also includes decisions on the implementation priority, release windows and the overall release
