仕事内容
Drive Georgia business growth through strategy development and business plan development.
Drive assigned Georgia brand initiatives such as new product development, IMX development, and business assessment.
Lead and/or support the development of assigned category growth strategies & execution planning to deliver short and mid/long-term growth.
Responsibilities include:
Assigned category Business Management Growth strategy & execution planning through LRP and ABP processes. Consumer-centric innovation pipeline development Leading cross functional team members to deliver assigned initiatives to achieve assigned business and consumer target.
What You'll Do for Us
Manage assigned category business performance including periodic tracking and course correction recommendations.
Develop assigned category growth strategies through LRP and ABP processes.
Develop annual business plans, including end-to-end strategy development, product & pack launches, and content for consumers and shoppers.
Develop 3-year innovation pipeline with timely alignment with key stakeholders.
