RESPONSIBILITIES
- Commercial and sales activities to cover securities houses for our structured products of all asset class
Commercial and sales activities to cover regional securities houses for public offering funds investing our own strategies
Optimization of resources (internal human resources, scarce resources, costs etc.)
Transparent report on the platform activities
Commercial and sales activities:
Make sure SG is in a strong position in the derivatives market in Japan
Maintain high level of relationship with distributors
Try to fill in gaps within product vs. client matrix to utilize the most of SG expertise and maximize the revenue
Market Intelligence:
Monitor the competitors’ activities through both available data and informal hearing from the streets and clients
Make necessary internal-push on new product developments in which SG is behind any competitor
Transparent report on the platform activities:
Report transparently revenues, commercial activities and any material issues timely
Ensure and share the timely and proper update in the sales tools, especially IC

PROFILE REQUIRED
Skill, experience required
Knowledge on structured product distributed to a variety of investors in Japan through securities houses
Sales skill to build relationship with distributors of our financial products
Command of English and (native level) Japanese
Building consensus to reach decisions and Operational skills
Skill and experience of the automation of daily execution and booking process is appreciated
