We are looking for an experienced microbiologist to oversee and manage all microbiological activities within our laboratory, contributing to the highest standards of quality and safety in product development and manufacturing. What You’ll Do for Us
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Suppliers and production, to support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supervise and lead a high performing team, providing guidance and training.
Continuously seek insights on industry trends and technology that will further enhance our organization's value proposition and performance.
Lead and maintain the laboratory management system.
Manage laboratory instruments and operating budget including maintenance and calibrations.

応募資格(必須経験など)
Qualifications & Requirements
A minimum of a master’s degree in microbiology or a related field. A Ph.D. in Microbiology is preferred.
5+ years of experience in microbiology in R&D, quality assurance or laboratory work for a leading food or manufacturing company.
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with advancements in the field of microbiology.
Knowledge for Food thermal process, Beverage processing, Disinfectant and Quality management systems, such as HACCP, and ISO are preferable.
Possesses experience in factual-based root cause analysis and problem-solving, with a strong commitment to maintaining quality.
Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and supervise a team of microbiologists.
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
