Multiple Mini Interviews are a new fairer method of selecting students who are applying to medical school interview.

A multiple mini interview consists of a series of short, structured interview stations used to assess non-cognitive qualities including cultural sensitivity, maturity, teamwork, empathy, reliability and communication skills. The process is each candidate moves around the room every seven minutes, talking to a different member of staff and completing a particular activity.
