Tips for Harvard: The application process, final words, and why I got in

Tips for Harvard: Information on essays + GPA + extra-curricular activities

Tips for Harvard- Testing
Hi! I’m Auriel Wright, a freshman at Harvard University planning to major in economics. I currently work as a scholarship workshop speaker, an admissions essays reviewer, a director of strategic development at Harvard College Healthcare Associates, and an admission board member/marketing specialist/ strategic developer at Early Bird Cultural Exchange.
I am a current Harvard student and scholarship consultant.
After working as a volunteer Ivy essay reviewer, working as a volunteer mentor, and experiencing the college admissions process first hand recently, I have had the chance to study and pin down the ins and outs of Ivy admissions. Of the four mentees I have currently, have gained admissions into two have gained early decision admittance into a Columbia/Julliard combined program and Pitzer College. The others have opted to apply via regular decision.
In addition to helping students gain Ivy admissions, I am determined to help students prepare their portfolios to apply for scholarships and pay for their education. During my senior year I wrote over 200 essays for scholarships which landed me a full ride to every institution to which I applied.
I have more than enough resources to make this college/scholarship application season successful and would love to be your admissions counselor and tutor.
